According to the organic law 15/1999, 13 December, about private data protection, and taking into account article 5, related to the right of access to the information in the data collection, the CNMV states that: the data obtained through your subscription will be integrated in a file managed by the CNMV, as sole holder, receiver and responsible for it, with the only purpose of sending periodic information concerning international institutions activities in the securities markets. If you wish you may exercise your right of data access, amendment, opposition and deletion, described in the law, through a letter addressed to the CNMV, C/ Miguel Ángel 11- International Affairs Department- Telephone 91-585 15 85. Also, you may permanently exclude yourself from the file following the instructions contained in the Bulletin.
